She combines 21 years of professional and personal life experience to present an integrative lymph experience for body and mind.

Using highly skilled manual lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, nutritional support and exercise encouragement, Kirsty navigates clients through unique healing journeys.

She specialises in the treatment and management of Lymphoedema, acute post-operative recovery, and provides a supplementary intervention for chronic illnesses.
