We are moved by a sense of community, a shared path, co-operating with, being immersed in nature.

We were driven to find the right “space” to practice.  A space we love, to make space for doing the things we love.

Once the site of the iconic disco, the MicMac, this building has been lovingly restored and recycled with a focus on sustainable and eco-friendly design.

We have created an environment where you can nourish your soul. This place has its own rhythm, a space between the beats of life to give you time to recharge, reset, renew.
